The creation of sustainable neighbourhoods for the long term comprising high-quality homes and exceptional amenities, catering to the needs of the residents and the local community; is at the heart of what we do. We are extremely proud to be creating new communities and developing much-needed infrastructure to enable people to call Manchester city centre their ‘home’.
In a short space of time Deansgate Square, Crown Street, Three60 and The Blade, all located at the southern end of the city centre, have become home to a brand new community of people now known as New Jackson. In addition to creating new homes and public spaces, our curated events programme for residents and the local community – managed by our Resident Experience & Event Manager, have helped to bring people together within these spaces .
Our experienced Concierge and Health & Wellness teams provide a friendly service on a day-to-day basis. In addition, our local and independent Commercial Operators provide doorstep restaurants, bars and shops, with more to follow very soon.
